Shipping and payment conditions

  1. Payment options
    For deliveries within Germany, we offer you various payment options. Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description in the offer, you can choose from the following options:
  • Prepayment by bank transfer
  • Payment via Paypal
  • Payment via Click & Collect
  • Payment via Klarna
  1. Shipment
    We send all items either as a letter, DHL package or as a UPS Express package. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, which also contains a link to track the package.

If you agree to pass on your email address to the shipping service provider during the ordering process, you will receive all relevant information regarding your delivery directly from DHL by email. You can find further information in the service provider's legal notice and data protection information under the following links:

  1. Delivery times
    Delivery time varies depending on item availability and your chosen payment method.

We will only process your order once your payment has been credited to our account.

We will ship the products as soon as all items are available in stock. If you order several items with different delivery times in one order, they will be sent in one shipment (unless otherwise agreed). In this case, the delivery time of the item with the longest stated delivery time applies to your entire order. We ship from Monday to Friday.

Delivery times may vary depending on the item, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Important: Please note that express deliveries are only possible for items with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. Express shipments are sent Monday to Friday by 12 p.m. at the latest. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day (Monday to Friday). Express shipments are only delivered on Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, express delivery is not possible on Saturdays.

Note: We use UPS for express deliveries. Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations is not possible.

Transfer in advance

The deadline for advance payment begins one day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution. It ends on the last day of the specified period. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the delivery location, the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be used as a replacement day.

All other payment methods

The period begins on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends on the last day of the specified period. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the delivery location, the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be considered the replacement day.

For shipping to countries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties as well as any export and import fees.

      4. Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany is completely free of charge for you. This means that you do not have to pay any additional shipping costs for orders with delivery addresses within Germany. We would like to offer you the opportunity to purchase the products you want at a transparent price without having to worry about shipping fees.

If you would like particularly fast delivery, our express shipping service is available to you. The cost for express shipping is €9.99. With Express Shipping you can receive your orders even faster and benefit from expedited delivery. Please note that express orders can only be delivered Monday to Friday.

For deliveries within the European Union (EU) we charge a shipping fee of €4.99. If you would like express delivery within the EU, an additional cost of €19.99 will apply. Express shipping to the EU is ideal if you need your products particularly quickly.

Deliveries outside the European Union (EU) cost €5.99 in shipping fees. If you would like to benefit from our express shipping outside the EU, you will also have to pay €19.99. This service allows you to receive your orders outside the EU in the shortest possible time, minimizing waiting time.

Our goal is to offer you a wide range of shipping options so you can choose the one that best suits your individual needs. Whether you prefer free standard delivery or fast express shipping, we strive to deliver your order in the most convenient and efficient way for you.

      4.1 Shipping costs outside the EU

We would like to inform you transparently and comprehensively about all costs that arise as part of your purchase from us. Our goal is to offer you clear and fair pricing so that you can make an effective price comparison with other offers at any time.

Complete cost overview: On the product overview page, we point out any additional costs in addition to the purchase price. This includes costs beyond the purchase price, such as taxes or fees. We strive to provide this information as early as possible to ensure you have complete cost transparency.

Additional fees in the shopping cart: In the shopping cart and on the order page you will find a detailed list of all costs, including any applicable customs fees. It is currently not legally clear whether a specific labeling of customs duties is necessary. We therefore offer a general notice indicating that additional customs fees may be added to the total price. For a more precise calculation of these fees, we offer a link to a cost table.
